中医特色护理技术干预小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果
Clinical effect of TCM-specialized nursing technique intervention for pediatric cough variant asthma

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of TCM-specialized nursing intervention for children with cough variant asthma (CVA).Methods A total of 106 children with cough variant asthma treated at our department from March,2016 to October,2017 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,53 cases for each group.The control group were treated with montelukast and routinely cared;in addition,the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques,took heat-clearing and blood-activating drugs and traditional Chinese medicine,etc.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (96.23％ vs.79.25％,P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in lung function indicators between the two groups before the treatment (P＞0.05).The pulmonary function indicators were significantly higher after than before the treatment in both groups (P＜0.05).The FEV1,FVC,daytime and nighttime PEF were all significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P＜0.05).Conclusions TCM-specialized nursing intervention for children with cough variant asthma (CVA) can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function and cured rate,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
