Abstract
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of inhalation of budesonide combined with mechanical vibration (MV) in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic pneumonia (PAP).Methods A total of 106 children with PAP admitted into Luoding Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February,2016 to March,2018 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,53 cases for each group.The control group were routinely treated and inhaled budesonide;in addition,the observation group were treated with mechanical vibration and drainage.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (92.45% vs.75.47%,P<0.05).The levels of eosinophil and eosinophil cationic protein were better after than before the treatment in both groups and were better in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment (P < 0.05).The times for the disappearance of cough,wet rales,and wheezing sound and the time for relieving shortness of breath were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide and mechanical vibration for asthmatic pneumonia is effective and can significantly improve the children'inflammation level and relieve clinical symptoms,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
