Abstract
Objectives To study the effect of post-abortion care (PAC) on the selection of effective contraceptive methods for patients with or without delivery history.Methods 400 women of childbearing age were selected from our hospital from September,2014 to March,2016.According to the history of childbirth,they were divided into an observation group,having delivery history,and a control group,not having delivery history,200 for each group.The effects of effective contraceptive methods of the two groups were analyzed.Results After PAC,the awareness rate of contraception health knowledge and the effective rate of high-effect contraception methods were 74.9％ and 52.4％ in the observation group and were 51.9％ and 27.1％ in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion PAC can obviously improve the women with delivery history's awareness of contraception health knowledge and effective rate of high-effect contraception methods.The PAC for women without delivery history should be strengthened,so as to improve their awareness of contraception health knowledge and effective rate of high-effect contraception methods and decrease the incidence of re-abortion,especially high risk abortion within one year.关键词
