摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lumbar drainage combined with vancomycin in the treatment of intracranial infection after craniotomy. Methods From January,2014 to January,2017,86 patients with intracranial infection after craniotomy were admitted into our hospital. All the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group using random number table method,43 for each group. The observation group were treated with lumbar cistern drainage combined with vancomycin, and the control group with vancomycin. The clinical efficacy, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF,) and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group (93.02% vs.76.74% and 9.30% vs.27.91%),with a statistical difference (both P < 0.05).The protein quantification,WBC,and intracranial pressure were significantly lower and the glucose level was higher after than before the treatment in both group, and all the above indicators were better in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05).Conclusions Lumbar cistern drainage combined with vancomycin for patients with intracranial infection after craniotomy is significantly effective, and can improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
