口服新生化颗粒治疗清宫术后子宫出血的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral Xinshenghua granule in the treatment of uterine bleeding after complete curettage of uterine cavity.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine bleeding after complete curettage of uterine cavity treated at our department from January,2015 to December,2016 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using numerical table method,60 cases for each group.The control group orally took motherwort capsules,and the observation group motherwort capsules and Xinshenghua granules.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the uterus size was larger,the uterus length longer,and the endometrium thickness thicker in the observation group than in the control group (t=6.170 3,8.054 1,and 5.863 5,P＜0.05).The postoperative bleeding volume was lower and the postoperative bleeding duration was shorter in the observation group than in the control group (t=12.834 6 and 7.915 4,P＜0.05).Conclusion Orally taking Xinshenghua granule and motherwort capsules for uterine bleeding after complete curettage of uterine cavity is effective and can reduce the patients' pain,accelerate uterine dilapidation,significantly decrease uterine bleeding volume and time,and effectively shorten the patients' recovery time,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
