老年黄斑变性患者真实体验质性研究的Meta整合
Lived experience of patients with age-related macular degeneration: A Meta synthesis of qualitative studies
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To systematically review the experience of patients with age-related macular degeneration. Methods: We searched databases including The Cochrane Library, Joanna Briggs Institute Library, PubMed, EMbase, PsycINFO, CMB, CNKI and Wangfang from inception to June 2017, to collect qualitative studies about the experience of patients with age-related macular degeneration. The quality of included studies was assessed according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool. Meta integration method is used to sum up and interpret the results. Results: A total of eleven literatures were included. Thirty-one results, six categories and two integration results were extracted. Integration results 1: The disease causes daily dysfunction, which leads to a series of emotional experiences, social isolation and financial burden; integration results 2: Patients' life reconstruction and demand for medical service. Conclusion: Health care workers should understand the obstacles and needs of patients in different period, to give the help and guidance, to strengthen the role of the patients adapt to training and selfmanagement, and improve their long-term quality of life.关键词
