摘要
Abstract
The role of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in secondary prevention in patients with type 2 diabetes is getting more and more attention from clinicians. Cardiopulmonary exercise test has a unique advantage in exercise capacity evaluation, exercise prescription formulation, exercise effect and prognosis evaluation. The progress of cardiopulmonary exercise test in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation among patients with type 2 diabetes, includes basic theory of cardiopulmonary exercise test, necessity of assessing the risk of exercise, safety of diabetes exercise assessment, objective and quantitative holistic function assessment, precise formulation of individualized exercise prescription, exercise rehabilitation efficacy evaluation, prognosis estimation. To cause the attention of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in patients with type 2 diabetes, better apply cardiopulmonary exercise testing to guide cardiopulmonary exercise rehabilitation and emphasize the holistic health management.关键词
