参芪健胃汤联合替吉奥胶囊治疗老年胃癌气血两虚证患者的临床疗效及对血清MMP-2、MMP-9表达的影响
Effect of Shenqi Jianwei Decoction Combined with Tiggio Capsule in Treating Senile Gastric Cancer with Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome and Its Effects on the Expression of Serum MMP-2,MMP-9

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqi Jianwei decoction combined with Tiggio in the treatment of senile gastric cancer with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome and its effect on serum matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and Treg cells. Methods: 100 patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled in this study from January 2014 to January 2017. They were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given Tiggio. The patients in the experimental group were treated with Shenqi Jianwei decoction. Compared the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score,the overall treatment effect,metalloproteinase,Treg cell viability and quality of life. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of TCM syndromes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P ＜ 0.01). The effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.01). After treatment, the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were significantly lower than those of the control group. The levels of CD4+ CD25+ T and CD4+ CD25- T in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01) . The body function scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,but fatigue,nausea and vomiting,pain, loss of appetite and diarrhea scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion: Shenqi Jianwei decoction combined with Tiggio capsule in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with Qi and blood deficiency has significant effect and it could decrease the level of MMP-2,MMP-9 and increase the levels of CD4+ CD25+ T and CD4+ CD25- T.关键词
