白术附子汤加味联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗乳腺癌骨转移临床观察
Clinical Observation on Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Breast Cancer with Modified Baizhu Fuzi Decoction Combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Baizhu Fuzi decoction combined with Zoledronic Acid injection treatment of bone metastasis of breast cancer. Method: 35 patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group. The combined group was given Baizhu Fuzi decoction combined with Zoledronic Acid injection, and the control group was treated with Zoledronic Acid injection, intervention for one year. Observed the short-term efficacy,pain score,KPS score,aminophenol hydroxycodone dosage changes and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment.Results: Compared with before treatment, the pain score of the two groups of patients decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜0.01), and the combined group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the dosage of aminophenol hydroxycodone tablets in the control group was significantly increased (P ＜ 0.01),and after treatment, the dosage of hydroxycodone in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Compared with the control group, the disease control rate and the effective rate of KPS score in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the course of treatment. Conclusion: Baizhu Fuzi decoction combined with Zoledronic Acid injection can further improve the clinical efficacy, and good safety,both may have a synergistic effect.关键词
