复方斑蝥胶囊联合XELOX方案对胃癌术后血清转移相关指标水平和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响
The Effect of Compound Mylabris Capsule Combined with XELOX Regimen on Levels of Serum Metastasis Associated Indexes and T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Gastric Cancer After Operation

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of Compound Mylabris capsule combined with XELOX regimen on levels of serum metastasis associated indexes and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods: 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer treated with dissection were enrolled in the study. According to different chemotherapy drugs used after operation, the patients were divided into the study group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40). Both groups were treated with XELOX chemotherapy, and the study group were additionally treated with Compound Mylabris capsule. The short-term curative effect was evaluated. The levels of serum metastasis associated indexes and changes of T lymphocyte subsets were detected, and the local recurrence rates,distant metastasis rates and mortality rates within 2 years were statistically analyzed through follow-up. Results: The effective rate in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group (40.00％ vs 32.50％) (P ＞ 0.05). The stability rate of study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (5.00％ vs 20.00％) (P ＜ 0.05). Before chemotherapy,there was no significant difference between the two groups in levels of serum metastasis associated indexes and T lymphocyte subsets (P ＞ 0.05). After chemotherapy, levels of CA125,CA19-9 and CEA in two groups were significantly decreased, and CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05). After chemotherapy, levels of CA125,CA19-9 and CEA were significantly lower, and CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher in the study group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in mortality rate between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05),but the local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (0.00％ and 5.00％ vs 10.00％ and 22.50％) (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Compound Mylabris capsule combined with XELOX regimen can significantly reduce the risk of local recurrence and distant metastasis in patients with gastric cancer, and it also can effectively enhance immunity and improve the quality of life.关键词
