中医古籍文献有关肺痿的证治概况
General Situation of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment on Pulmonary Asthenia in Ancient Literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Although atrophic lung disease has two types: characterized by cold and by heat, it is, in nature, characterized by asthenic cold and asthenic heat. According to pathogenesis, asthenia, or asthenia in origin, or asthenia in origin coupled with asthenia in superficiality, is the main cause. The principle of tonifying the lung,promoting the secretion of saliva and supplementing the asthenia should be adopted as the main treatment method, together with removing the excessiveness of pathogen. As for asthenia heat, the saliva promotion,heat clearing and dryness moistening should be adopted appropriately; Yin should be nourished and lung should be cleared simultaneously. Representative prescriptions include Gancao Ganjiang decoction,Shengjiang Gancao decoction, Gancao decoction,Guizhi Qu Shaoyao Jia Zaojia decoction, etc. While supplementing asthenia, the clearing excessiveness of pathogen shall be emphasized, so as to balance asthenia and excessiveness and harmonize Yin and Yang. Representative prescriptions include Banxia Feilao decoction,Xiefei decoction, etc. Besides, as for the treatment of atrophic lung disease, emphasis on harmonizing spleen and kidney should be made as they can cultivate earth and produce metal, assist the lung to take in Qi, supplement the rise of Qi and inhibit its downward movement. Finally, the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion of specific nervous points should not be belittled.关键词
