针刺对过敏性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜TLR4和NF-κB蛋白表达的影响
Effect of Acupuncture on the Expression of TLR4 and NF-κB Protein in Nasal Mucosa of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture on the expression of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) and NF-κB protein in nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods: 130 cases of allergic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group of 65 cases. Patients in the control group were given Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets, 10 mg per time, once a day,before going to bed, and the experimental group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group,1 time per day,5 times a week. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Observed and compared IgE,TLR4,NF-κB levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, IgE, TLR4,NF-κB levels were decreased after treatment in two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); compared with the control group, IgE,TLR4,NF-κB level were lower in experimental group patients, the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05). The effective rate was 98.46％ in the observation group and 83.07％ in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can significantly improve IgE,TLR4 and NF-κ B levels in patients with allergic rhinitis, and the clinical effect is better.关键词
