黄连解毒汤联合复方丹参滴丸对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能及血清CRP、ICAM-1水平的影响
Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction Combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Islet β-cell Function and Serum CRP and ICAM-1 Levels in Patients with New Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huanglian Jiedu decoction combined with compound Danshen dropping pills on islet β-cell function and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) level, Intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) level in patients with new type 2 diabetes. Methods: 101 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=51).The control group was given single compound Danshen dripping pills,and the obser-vation group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,in-cluding fasting plasma glucose (FPG),postprandial blood glucose 2 h (2hPG),and homeostasis model assessment-β (HOMA-β),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR),and serum CRP and ICAM-1 levels were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups was analyzed.Results: The effective rate in the observation group 90.20％ (46/51) was higher than that in the control group 74.00％ (37/50),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The FPG and 2 h PG levels in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group after 3 months of treatment (P＜0.05).After treatment for 3 months,HOMA-β in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while HOMA-IR was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).The serum CRP and ICAM-1 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group 7.84％ (4/51) and the control group 6.00％ (3/50) (P＞0.05).Conclusion: Huanglian Jiedu decoction combined with compound Danshen dropping pills has significant effect and high safety in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.It could improve the serum CRP- ICAM-1,blood glucose level and β -cell function of pancreatic islet.关键词
