复方黄连液湿敷配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察
Clinical Observation on Compound Coptis Liquid Wet Dressing Combined with Traction in the Treatment of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Coptis liquid wet dressing combined with traction in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods: 160 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 80 cases, and the control group of 80 cases. The treatment group was treated with compound Coptis liquid(composition: Coptis Chinensis, Scutellaria Baicalensis,Cortex Phellodendri,Fructus Gardeniae,Sanguisorba Officinalis,Rheum Officinale,Astragalus,Borneol) wet dressing with traction therapy, and the control group was given Shuangbai San (composition: Cacumen Biotae,Cortex Phellodendri, Rheum Officinale,Mint,Herba Lycopi) with traction treatment,7 days for a course,at the end of two courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale(VAS) score and TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment group was 92.50％, the control group was 75.20％, and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05); VAS score of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, alleviation the degree of pain was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance the difference (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of TCM syndrome score of the observation group lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Compound Coptis liquid wet dressing combined with traction treatment of nerve root type cervical spondy-losis effect is obvious,which can effectively improve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
