A Probe into the Academic Thought of Master of Chinese Medicine Deng Tietao
摘要
Abstract
Professor Deng Tietao's academic thinking includes simplified differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndromes,dialectical differentiation of symptoms and signs, specialized prescriptions for specific diseases,medication based on symptoms, flexible treatment approaches, inspirations from ancient medical books, following the doctrines of ancient predecessors but not rigidly, etc. Professor Deng values modern medicine and emphasizes that TCM should not only highlight its own features, but also learn the advanced examination methods. Professor Deng advocates that a doctor should examine the disease carefully to find out its nature,make prescriptions cautiously to select the optimal medicines; Professor Deng also emphasizes the importance of disease prevention before occurrence, prevention of disease change after occurrence, and prevention of re-occurrence after recovery, and it's a priority that unaffected parts should be free from pathogenic factors first.关键词
