门成福应用《金匮要略》妇科三方经验概要
Professor Men Chengfu's Experience in the Use of Three Prescriptions of Gynecology in Jingui Yaolue
摘要
Abstract
Guizhi Fuling Wan is applied in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics mainly to the indications of abdominal lumps,namely, the substantial mass in the pelvic cavity, and the mass in the womb, ovary and oviduct. The medicine is applicable to cold stasis patients who have lower abdominal pain,mainly being stabbing or that appears in the lower abdomen if pressed, and more suitable for those who feel cold and pain in the lower abdomen and have stasis clot in the menses. Wen Jing Tang is applied to the indications of cold and pain in the lower abdomen in common days and that sharpens during the menstruation,which will be relieved if pressed or warmed, and the delayed menstrual cycle, the little amount or prolonged bleeding,dark menses with blood clots, large amount of clear and thin morbid leucorrhoea, infertility, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, intolerance of cold, cold limbs, and dry lips. Some patients may have hot palms and foot soles,white tongue with thin coating, and deep and thin pulse. Danggui Shaoyao San is widely applied in the indications caused by wet-blood stasis, such as dysmenorrheal, irregular menstruation, headache and edema during menstruation, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,polycystic ovarian syndrome and infertility, as well as the exceeding amniotic fluid,pregnancy-induced hypertension, and postpartum persistent flow of lochia. In the meantime, it appears that the power has excellent curative effects for chloasma, and is able to improve people's looks. Also, if mixed with water and taken, it can cure the habitual abortion.关键词
