中医药治疗两种主要模式探析
Analysis of Two Main Modes of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy
摘要
Abstract
By syndrome differentiation and treatment, the syndrome of a disease is analyzed,differentiated and understood, so as to establish a treatment method conforming to relevant treatment rules.By special use of specific medicine,a specific medicine is used for a specific disease (or syndrome) according to the specialty of the medicine.Different from " a specific medicine is used for a specific syndrome" and " medicine changes according to syndrome" of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the special use of specific medicine proposes that,medicine doesn't change as long as the disease doesn't change.In a certain sense,this medication thinking is contrary to syndrome differentiation and treatment.Therefore,the two should be combined clinically to achieve a desira-ble treatment effect.The following are some methods for the combination of the two:① by " special use of special medicine",the disease is cured; while by " syndrome differentiation and treatment",the syndrome is cured;②by " special use of special medi-cine",the basic contradiction is solved; while by " syndrome differentiation and treatment",the major contradiction is solved;③by" special use of special medicine",it has a palliative effect; while by " syndrome differentiation and treatment",it can cure the dis-ease from the root;④by " special use of special medicine",the symptoms are cured; while by " syndrome differentiation and treat-ment",the syndrome is cured;⑤by " special use of special medicine",it cures the disease locally; while by " syndrome differentia-tion and treatment",it cures the patient as a whole;⑥by " special use of special medicine",it eliminates pathogens; while by "syndrome differentiation and treatment",it strengthens healthy energy;⑦by " special use of special medicine",western medicine is resorted to; while by " syndrome differentiation and treatment",TCM is resorted to;⑧by " special use of special medicine",the common factors are cured; while by " syndrome differentiation and treatment",the individual factors are cured;⑨by " special use of special medicine",the microscopic changes are corrected; while by " syndrome differentiation and treatment",the syndrome is cured from a macroscopic view;⑩by " special use of special medicine",it can cure the hidden syndromes; while by " syndrome differentiation and treatment",it can cure the apparent syndromes.关键词
