Abstract
The main symptoms of edema and dysuria are the clinical representations of kidney diseases in most cases. Prescriptions that cure dysuria in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease fall into the following categories: ①Prescriptions that promote diaphoresis and urination, such as Daqinglong decoction,Xiaoqinglong decoction,Yuebi decoction,Yuebi Jiazhu decoction,Fangji Huangqi decoction,Linggui Zhugan decoction,Wuling powder,etc. ②Prescriptions that harmonize pivots and promotes urination such as Xiaochaihu decoction,Chiahu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction,Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli decoction,etc. ③Prescriptions that warm the interior and promote urination: Zhenwu decoction,Fuzi decoction,Sini decoction,Shenqi pills,etc. From the symptoms cured by Qinglong decoction, to the symptoms cured by Wuling power, and then to the symptoms cured by Wuzhen decoction, it can be indicated that in this process, vital Qi is constantly consumed and superficial pathogen involves the interior, cold and moist Taiyang and difficult Qi transformation transform to the under-transformation of Qi in Shaoyin emperor fire. To summarize the treatment of dysuria with the thinking of Qi transformation of the six channels can make the treatment of the sophisticated disease easier and improve the clinical identification of edema in kidney diseases.关键词
