天王补心丹联合迷迭香精油对阿尔兹海默病模型小鼠记忆功能的影响
Intervention Effect on Alzheimer's Disease in Mice by Tianwang Buxin Dan Combined with Rosemary Essential Oil

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the intervention effect on alzheimer's disease in mice using Chinese medicine Tianwang Buxin Dan combined with rosemary essential oil.Methods: A total of 50 SD mice were divided into 5 groups randomly.In addition to the normal group, each group received scopolamine (3 mg·kg-1,one time a day) by intraperitoneal injection for 14 days.From the 15th day,the inhaling group inhaled Rosmarinus officinalis essential oil (30 min/time,3 times/d) and the Chinese medicine group received Tianwang Buxin Dan by gavage(4.71 g·kg-1,2 times/d).The combined medication group used the methods of inhalation and Chinese medicine for 8 days.The normal control group and model group were treated with physiological saline.T maze tested the memory ability of mice and open field tested the span lattice and latency of mice before medication 1 d and after medication 1 d,4 d,8 d.The last 1 h after the treatment,and main organ coefficients were analyzed.Results: after dosing 1 d,com-pared with model group,Chinese medicine and inhalation group across the number was(32.78±2.96) significantly higher than the model group(23.15±1.30),which had statistical significance(P＜0.05),the incubation period of (2.91±0.19) s significantly shorten than model group (4.24±0.51) s(P＜0.05); after dosing 4 d,Chinese medicine + inhalation group T maze memory test accuracy was 36.26％ significantly higher than the model group 17.91％ (P＜0.05),and the number across was (40.56±3.08) significantly higher than the model group (25.13±1.71) (P＜0.05),and the incubation period was (2.54±0.21) s sig-nificantly shorten than that of model group (4.19±0.42) s.After dosing 8 d,T maze memory test accuracy in inhalation group was 38.01％,Chinese medicine group was 39.78％ and Chinese medicine+inhaled group was 45.21％,which were significantly higher than that of model group 18.22％ (P＜0.05),the number across in inhalation group was(41.37±3.16) and traditional Chinese medicine group(39.46±3.14),Chinese medicine group + inhalation group (51.22±4.24) significantly higher than the model group (24.68±1.49),and the difference was statistical significance (P＜0.05).The incubation period of TCM + in-halation group was (1.97±0.06) s significantly shorter than that of model group (4.18±0.39) s.Heart and liver coefficient in the Chinese medicine group was (3.938 9±0.131 2) and (0.384 6±0.055 8),which was significantly lower than the model group(4.401 5±0.391 4) and (0.540 8±0.083 4),and the difference was statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion: Tian-wang Buxin Dan and rosemary essential oil can improve the function of the memory of alzheimer's disease in mice,but the combi-nation of the two effects is preferred; Rosemary essential oil and Tianwang Buxin Dan could improve the memory in mice,can be excited central nervous system,make its spontaneous activities and to explore the behavior in the environment of extraneous in-creased significantly; Tianwang Buxin Dan has certain side effects on alzheimer's disease in model mice, rosemary essential oil can reduce the side effects.关键词
