千金子种子的生物学特性研究
Study on Biological Characteristics of Euphorbiae Semen
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Through biological characteristics of Euphorbiae semen, lay the foundation for the development and utilization of Euphorbiae semen resources. Methods: The study biological characteristics by vernier caliper,microstructure and thousand-grain weight, and the effects of different temperature and light on the germination rate of seeds were studied. Results: The average grain weight of seeds was 44.99 g; the average water content was 4.88％; darkness or temperature under 15 ℃and lighting conditions, the seeds do not germinate or germination rate was very low. Conclusion: After dormancy,at 25 ℃, the germination rate is more than 80％ under the condition of sufficient moisture and light.关键词
