益气解毒方联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈HPV感染
Treatment of Cervical HPV Infection with Yiqi Jiedu Prescription Medicine Combined with Interferon Gel
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Jiedu Prescription combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV) infection. Methods: 140 cases of high-risk HPV infection patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 70 cases in each group. The control group was given recombinant human interferon α-2b gel,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Jiedu Prescription,and the composition: Yuxingcao(Houttuynia Cordata) 30 g,Banlangen(Radix Isatidis) 30 g,Banzhilian(Scutellaria barbata) 30 g,Lianqiao(Forsythia) 15 g,Huangqi(Astragalus) 30 g. The clinical treatment effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment for 1 months,3 months and 6 months, the negative rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05); After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups were decreased, and the observation group than in the control group(P ＜ 0.05); The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.14％,which was higher than 72.86％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05); The observation group of 7 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 10.00％, the control group of 18 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 25.71％(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Jiedu Prescription combined with recombinant human interferon alpha -2b gel in the treatment of cervical HPV infection has significant curative effect and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
