贵州织金某磷矿浮选及回水利用研究
Research on flotation of a phosphate ore in Zhijin, Guizhou and its return water recycling
摘要
Abstract
A crude ore in Zhijin contains 23. 99％ P2 O5 and6. 00％ MgO. The comprehensive phosphate concentrate with33. 54％ P2 O5, 0. 72％ MgO and the recovery rate 93. 03％ was obtained by a one-roughing and one-cleaning beneficiation process. Meanwhile, test was conducted of the return water in beneficiation to achieve the good indexes of 33. 54％ P2 O5, 0. 72％ MgO and the recovery rate 93. 03％. In the whole flotation exploring process, no heating was made and the defect of most fatty acid reagents with temperature dependence was overcome, providing a research basis for production of this phosphate ore.关键词
