贵州织金某磷矿浮选及回水利用研究
Research on flotation of a phosphate ore in Zhijin, Guizhou and its return water recycling

Abstract
A crude ore in Zhijin contains 23. 99% P2 O5 and6. 00% MgO. The comprehensive phosphate concentrate with33. 54% P2 O5, 0. 72% MgO and the recovery rate 93. 03% was obtained by a one-roughing and one-cleaning beneficiation process. Meanwhile, test was conducted of the return water in beneficiation to achieve the good indexes of 33. 54% P2 O5, 0. 72% MgO and the recovery rate 93. 03%. In the whole flotation exploring process, no heating was made and the defect of most fatty acid reagents with temperature dependence was overcome, providing a research basis for production of this phosphate ore.关键词
