Abstract
The feature of a sedimentary silicon-calcium low grade phosphate rock is the uneven distribution of particles of coarse and fine fractions after samples being ground, but target minerals are evenly distributed. The investigation on effects of this refractory ore separated by flotation machine, flotation column and column-machine combined processes shows that it is reasonable to separate the phosphate rock by column-machine combined process. Compared with the use of flotation column or flotation machine alone, the flowsheet of separating the phosphate rock by the column-machine combined process can increase the grade and recovery of the phosphate concentrate. In the open flowsheet, with the crude ore being 17. 93%in average grade of P2 O5, aphosphate concentrate with 32. 28% P2 O5 and 81. 24%recovery was obtained with this combined process, simplifing the flowsheet.关键词
