Study on removal of Fe3+ in wet-process phosphoric acid by amino trimethylene phosphonic acid (ATMP)

Abstract
In this paper, the effect of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid (ATMP) on the removal of Fe3+in wet process phosphoric acid was studied. By comparison of experiments, the extraction of Fe3+with complex precipitation-emulsion liquid membrane is better, and the selectivity of other ions is good. The effects of ATMP dosage, surfactant type and concentration, internal water concentration and reaction time on the extraction rate of Fe3+, RE3+and Mg2+were studied at room temperature of 25 degrees and the removal effect of Fe3+in wet process phosphoric acid system was analyzed. The results showed that dienyl two imide (T154) has the best selectivity as surfactant. With the ATMP volume fraction being 12% and the T154 volume fraction8%, the extraction rate of Fe3+is desirable, up to 93. 37% with the best selectivity.关键词
