磷酸浸出黄磷炉渣过程的热力学研究
Thermodynamics study on leaching yellow phosphorus slag with phosphoric acid

Abstract
Yellow phosphorus slag is a solid waste produced by melting and water quenching at high temperature with high reactivity and mainly contains CaO and SiO2 and other components. It may be applied to produce Ca and Si product. In order to separate calcium and silicon and producing valuable products, yellow phosphorus slag may be leached with phosphoric acid. This paper makes thermomechanical analysis of the reaction process of leaching yellow phosphorus slag with phosphoric acid. The research shows that the chemical reaction between yellow phosphorus slag and phosphoric acid spontaneously proceeds to the right and produces hydrated silicon dioxide and calcium dihydrogen phosphate or calcium hydrogen phosphate respectively to achieve the purpose of separation of calcium and calcium and most of impurities in the slag are reacted with phosphoric acid to form the corresponding phosphate before getting into the liquid phase. It is feasible to produce silica white and calcium phosphate products by separating calcium, silicon and impurity elements using yellow phosphorus slag leached with phosphoric acid.关键词
