齐墩果酸对大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血后早期脑损伤的影响
Effects of Oleanolic Acid on Early Brain Injury after Subarachnoid Hemorrhage in Rats

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of oleanolic acid on early brain injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods: A total of 54 rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group and oleanolic acid administration group, with 18 rats in each group. The rat SAH model was made using the internal carotid artery puncture method. Oleanolic acid was intraperitoneally administeted at 1 h after SAH. The neurological function score was performed 24 hours after the operation. Six rats in each group were used to determine the brain water content and the permeability of blood-brain barrier. The expression of caspase-3, Bax and Bcl-2 protein was detected by Western blot. Results: Compared with the model group, the oleanolic acid administration group could significantly increase the neurological score (P<0.001), reduce the degree of cerebral edema after SAH (P<0.01), decrease the permeability of blood-brain barrier (P<0.01), significantly reducing the expression of Caspase-3 and Bax in the brain (P<0.05) and increase the expression of Bcl-2 protein (P<0.01). Conclusion: Oleanolic acid can alleviate early brain injury after SAH.关键词
