基于中医传承辅助平台分析历代治疗痫证方剂的组方规律分析
Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions in the Treatment of Epilepsy of Past Dynasties by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

Abstract
Objective: To analyse and summarize prescription rules of past dynasties and provide reference for the clinical use in the treatment of epilepsy by using TCM inheritance system. Methods: The literature related to the treatment of epilepsy prescriptions were collected and the related data were entered into the TCM inheritance system. By using the prescriptions database and adopting data mining method of the system, the herb rules of prescriptions can be analysed. Results: Based on the analysis of 773 prescription records, it is concluded that drugs with higher medication frequency in the former is Zhusha(cinnabar), Renshen(ginseng), Niuhuang (calculus bovis), Shexiang(musk), Quanxie(scorpion), Gancao(licorice), Huangqin(radix scutellariae), Dahuang (rheum officinale), Tianma(rhizoma gastrodiae) and Fangfeng(radix sileris), etc. A total of 22 core combinations and 11 new precriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: In the past dynasties, the treatment of epilepsy prescription drugs was mainly used to supplement deficiency and spirit-quieting, sweep phlegm and open the orifices, extinguish wind and check tetany, dispel evil and detoxification.关键词
