复方苦参注射液防治放射性肺损伤的Meta分析
Meta-Analysis of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)in Prevention and Treatment of Radiation-Induced Lung Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound Kushen injection in the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced lung injury. Methods: Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, CBM, and Wanfang database were retrieved and the search strategy was " Kushen (radix sophorae flavescentis)" AND ("radioactive pneumonia" OR "radiation-induced lung injury"). Results: Combined use of compound Kushen injection could reduce the incidence of acute radiation pneumonia, especially the occurrence of type II radioactive pneumonia. Meanwhile, the incidence of radioactive pulmonary fibrosis reduced and the immunity of patients improved, and thus the use of this drug benefited for their life quality. Conclusion: Compound Kushen injection can effectively prevent radiation-induced lung injury, improve the immunity of patients, and improve their life quality.关键词
