推拿手法联合中药熏洗对老年膝骨性关节炎疼痛及疼痛因子的影响
Effect of Massage Manipulation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Degree of Pain of Elderly Knee Osteoarthritis and Changes of Pain Related Factors

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of massage manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on degree of pain of elderly knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and changes of pain related factors. Methods: A total of 106 cases of elderly patients with KOA treated in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table, with 53 cases in each group. All the two groups were given health education, dietary intervention and other basic treatment. The control group were given massage manipulation on the basis of basic treatment, while the treatment group were combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group. TCM symptom score, pain degree, knee function, serum matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3), TNF-α levels, IL-6 levels and clinical efficacy were observed in these two groups. Results: After treatment, TCM symptom scores and VAS score were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜0.05), and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Lysholm score were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of MMP-3, TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Massage manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively alleviate the pain of elderly patients with KOA, and improve the knee joint function and clinical efficacy.关键词
