补肾活血汤联合化疗对三阴性乳腺癌骨转移患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响
Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction (补肾活血汤) Combined with Chemotherapy on Immune Function and Life Quality in Patients with Triple Negative Breast Cancer Bone Metastases

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with NP chemotherapy on quality of life and cellular immune function in patients with bone metastases of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). Methods: The 52 patients with TNBC were randomly divided into two groups, 26 patients in each. The patients were treated with NP regimen (vinorelbine+cisplatin) in control group, and Bushen Huoxue decoction plus NP regimen in treatment group. Are treated for 2 cycles, the (QLQ-C30) score, CD3 +, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were observed in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the treatment group showed lower QLQ-C30 scores than the control group(P＜0.05), and the treatment group showed higher levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ than the control group(P＜0.05), as well as lower level of CD8+ than the control group (P＜0.05). The the treatment group showed lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with chemotherapy in can provide exact effect on TNBC bone metastases, improve quality of life, improve immune function, and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.关键词
