溃结Ⅱ号灌肠方治疗远端溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究
The Clinical Research of Kuijie Ⅱ (溃结Ⅱ号灌肠方) in the Treatment of Distal Ulcerative Colitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Kuijie Ⅱ on distal ulcerative colitis. Methods: A total of 60 patients of ulcerative colitis were included and were randomly divided into two groups. Patients were treated by the enema of Kuijie Ⅱ in treatment group and Kangfuxin and Xileisan in the control group. Results: The symptom score, physical sign score and histomorphology score were reduced in the two groups after treatment. The treatment group showed lower symptom score, physical sign score and histomorphology score than the control group, and the difference was statistical (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The Kuijie Ⅱ showed prominent curative effect in the treatment of distal ulcerative colitis. And it can relieve the symptoms of the episodes, relieve the bloody purulent stool, improve the character of the stool, reduce the ulcer surface, repair the damaged mucosa and restore the function of the colon.关键词
