眼针干预中风后遗症随机对照试验的系统评价OACSTPCD
The Systematic Review of Randomized Controlled Trials about Eye Acupuncture Treating Stroke Sequelea
目的:评价眼针干预中风后遗症的有效性.方法:检索相关中英文文献数据库,按照一定的纳入标准和排除标准筛选文献,对纳入的文献进行方法学质量评价和临床资料提取,应用RevMan5.3软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析.结果:最终纳入5项眼针干预中风后遗症的随机对照试验,Meta分析显示,在改善中风后遗症患者病症有效率方面,干预组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002＜0.05,RR=1.17, 95％CI[1.06, 1.30]).结论:…查看全部>>
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of eye acupuncture treating stroke sequelea. Methods: Relevant Chinese and English literature database were retrieved and literatures were filtered according to certain inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.
