中医辨证治疗冠心病合并抑郁症的疗效观察
Observation on Effects of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Accompanied with Depression

Abstract
Objective: The objective of our present work is to reveal the efficiency of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treating coronary heart disease accompanied with depression. Methods: We collected 128 patients who suffer coronary heart disease accompanied with depression, and divided the patients into two groups, including control group and treatment group. The patients in the control group were treated by the basic therapy combined with antidepressants (western medicine). The patients in the treatment group were firstly treated by the basic therapy combined with antidepressants (western medicine), and then by TCM. For both the control and treatment groups, the treatment was conducted for 4 weeks, and the HAMA scale, HAMD scale, curative efficacy and ECG efficacy were recorded. Results: The efficiency of the curative efficacy for the treatment group is 85. 94％, which is higher than that of the control group (78. 13％) (P＜0. 05). The efficiencies of the ECG efficacy for the treatment and control groups are 87. 50％ and 78. 13％, respectively, indicating a better ECG efficacy in the treatment group (P＜0. 05). Besides, after the treatment, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients in both of the groups decrease significantly, with the scores of the treatment group further lower than those of the control group (P＜0. 05). The difference in the present work are all statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Conclusion:The results from our present work demonstrate that the TCM has a great promotion effect on the recovery of the patients suffering coronary heart disease accompanied with depression.关键词
