黄芪益肾颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察
Effect of Huangqi Yishen Granule (黄芪益肾颗粒) on Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of Huangqi Yishen granule on urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 30 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were recruited, and the effect of Huangqi Yishen granule on diabetic nephropathy was observed by detection of urinary protein quantification and filtration rate of creatinine and glomerular. Results: After the treatment, there were significant differences in the clinical parameters such as 24 h urine protein quantitation, serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rate (P＜0. 05). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and Hb A1 c were lower than before treatment (P ＜0. 05). Conclusion: Huangqi Yishen granule can reduce the 24 h urine protein quantitative, serum creatinine, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and Hb A1 c, and increase endogenous creatinine clearance rate.关键词
