全国960所县级中医类医院中医药服务特色核心指标分析
Analysis on Core Indexes of TCM Services in 960 County-Llevel TCM Hospitals in China

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the trends of key indexes of TCM service characteristics in county-level TCM hospitals in China, as research support for promoting the service characteristics of Chinese medicine in county-level TCM hospitals. Methods: The core indexes of traditional Chinese medicine service in 960 county-level TCM hospitals were analyzed from 2012 to 2015. The main methods include descriptive statistics analysis, trend analysis and correlation analysis. Results: From 2012 to 2015 the TCM prescription proportion increased from 35. 00％ to 43. 85％; Herbalist doctors accounted from 14. 18％ to 13. 94％. The Correlation Coefficients of TCM prescription proportion and herbalist doctors proportion along with time change are less than 0. 25, which show a weak positive correlation. Conclusion: The county-level TCM hospitals have enhanced characteristic service of Chinese Medicine year by year. The relationship between TCM prescription proportion and herbalist doctors proportion had statistical significance, but the correlation coefficients were extremely low. The results show that increase or decrease of Chinese medical personnel aren't all or core factors of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
