Clinical Conclusion on Liu's Massage Combined with Acupuncture and Rehabilitation on Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Abstract
Objective: To analyze and conclude the clinical effect of Liu's massage combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation on children with spastic cerebral palsy, and to explore the special advantages of the treatment programs of massage, acupuncture, rehabilitation and nursing. Methods: Totally 26 children in the hospital with spastic cerebral palsy during February 2015 to April 2018 were selected to build up database, analyze its therapeutic effect and explain the theory by consulting the information system and the medical record room. Results: After treatment the efficiency is 100％, and significant efficiency is 57. 7％ in 26 cases. Besides, GMFM scores are significant higher after treatment, and there is significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Liu's massage combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation is effective in treatment of spastic pediatric cerebral palsy, and can obviously improve the gross motor function, which has great clinical application value.关键词
