针灸结合胃溃灵汤治疗青壮年胃溃疡的疗效及对溃疡愈合质量的影响
Effect of Acupuncture Assisted Weikuiling Decoction (胃溃灵汤) on Young Patients with Gastric Ulcer and the Influence on Ulcer Healing

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture assisted Weikuiling decoction on young patients with gastric ulcer and the effect on ulcer healing. Methods: A total of 86 cases of young patients with gastric ulcer were selected, and a prospective randomized study was applied. Thepatients were divided into combined group (Western medicine + acupuncture + Weikuiling decoction) and control group (Western medicine+ Weikuiling decoction), 43 cases in each, 8 weeks of continuous treatment. Results: After treatment, the combination group showed lower epigastric pain, heartburn, belching Tunsuan and noisy mouth thirst, irritability and constipation scores than the control group (P<0. 05); the combination group showed lower serum gastrin level than the control group (P<0. 05) as well as higher serum VEGF, b EGF, NO and NOS than the control group (P<0. 05);after treatment, the mucosal surface of gastric pits regeneration rate was 88. 37％ in A type +B type gastric ulcer in the combination group and the rules of micro vascular morphology was 86. 05％; the combination group showed higher mucosal surface of gastric pits regeneration rate and rules of micro vascular morphology than the control group (67. 44％, 67. 44％) (P<0. 05); after treatment, the cure rate was 79. 07％ in combination group and58. 14％ in control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0. 05). Conclusion:Acupuncture assisted Weikuiling decoction showed certainly clinical effect on young patients with gastric ulcer, with good quality of ulcer healing.关键词
