Abstract
Objective: To understand the characteristics and process of Chinese medicine hospital document management, improve the quality and efficiency of document management and promote the development of information construction in Chinese medicine hospital by collaborative office management platform. Methods: Through the functions of cooperative office management platform document management module, the traditional office mode of hospital was changed to achieve the electronic office for documents circulation, approval, and supervision. Results: The efficiency of document management in Chinese medicine hospital was significantly improved, which saved the material resources, human resource and time cost, tracked the file processing, convenient for query regulation and realized the electronic documents archiving. Conclusion: In the process of official document management of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, cooperative office management platform has realized archiving automation, process institutionalization and formatting standardization, which has promoted the improvement of hospital comprehensive management level and laid a solid foundation for promoting the development of hospital and building digital hospital.关键词
