肺功能检查在重叠综合征和慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用分析
Application of pulmonary function tests in patients with asthma COPD overlap syndrome and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To preliminarily describe the differences in the pulmonary function of patients with COPD, asthma-COPD overlap syndrome(ACOS),and to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,the First People's Hospital of Shunde District and Chencun Hospital of the First People's Hospital of Shunde District were admitted to the outpatient department of 97 patients,the medical records for a series of all stable patients with persistent airflow limitation due to COPD or ACOS were retrospectively reviewed and divided into the COPD group (n=63),of which included 26 patients with mild to moderate COPD and 37 patients with severe COPD,the ACOS group (n=24).All the patients underwent pulmonary function tests,including FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,MMEF, MVV,airway resistance.Results In pulmonary function,the study found that the PEF of patients in the ACOS group was lower than that of COPD in mild and moderate groups (P＜0.05),but the total respiratory impedance and central airway resistance in the ACOS group was higher than that of COPD patients with mild to moderate group(P＜0.01),while the rest the index was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC was significantly higher in the ACOS group than that in the COPD severe group (P＜0.05);MMEF and MVV was significantly higher in the ACOS group than that in the COPD group(P＜0.01),but there were no significant differences in PEF and respiratory impedance (P＞0.05).PEF,the total respiratory impedance and central airway was higher in the ACOS group than that in the mild to moderate of COPD group (P＜0.05).While the other indexes were not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion There are differences in lung function between patients with ACOS and COPD,which provide the basis for clinical treatment.关键词
