Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shenkang Injection combined with BaiLing Capsules in the treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease.Methods A total of 66 non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and all patients were divided into the treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,there were 35 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.All patients in two groups were given nutritional therapy,correction anemia and control hypertension and other complications.In addition,the treatment group was treated with Shenkang injection 100 ml ivgtt qd and Bailing Capsules 2.0 g tid.The changes of high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin 6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),serum creatinine (SCr),Cystatin-C (Cys-C),urinary protein and urine red blood cells were detected before and after 12 weeks of treatment in two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The renal function indexes (SCr and Cys-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The urine protein and urine erythrocyte in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in the above-mentioned indexes in the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion Shenkang Injection combined with Bailing Capsule has positive effect on improving the condition and micro-inflammatory state of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease.关键词
