Abstract
As a new nucleoside drug for chronic hepatitis B antiviral Treatment,Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate was officially listed in China in 2014.The side effects of renal damage have attracted more attention since its wide application. In this systematic review,side effects of Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate,the characteristics and mechanism of renal injury, the clinical manifestations,and the clinical treatment will be mainly discussed.关键词
