Research Progress of Mitochondrial Morphological and function changes in Tumor
摘要
Abstract
Mitochondria are the regulatory center for cellular energy metabolism,substance synthesis,and death.In the development and progression of tumor,mitochondria as an important regulator,have a significant impact on the biological behaviors including tumor proliferation,migration,differentiation,and invasion.To approach the changes of mitochondrial morphology and function,as well as their regulatory mechanism in the development and progression of tumor,will undoubtedly be the key to using mitochondria as a new generation of cancer therapeutic target.In this paper,the advances in the role of mitochondria in tumor development and progression are reviewed,in an attempt to elucidate the close association between them.关键词
