Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of 1470 nm laser vaporization prostatectomy and transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods A total of 106 BPH patients treated in our hospital from October 1,2016 to October 5,2017 were enrolled in this study.By computer randomization,they were evenly divided into the observation group and the control group,53 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated by 1470 nm laser vaporization prostatectomy,while in the control group,transurethral resection of the prostate was performed.The postoperative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate was 96.23％ in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 84.91％,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The retention time of catheter and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the level of postoperative hemoglobin after surgery,the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion 1470 nm laser vaporization prostatectomy can obtain a remarkable effect on treating BPH with a variety of advantages,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
