Discussion on the effectiveness of application of 3D printing technology in surgerical treatment of calcaneal fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of 3D printing technology in surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods Altogether 60 cases of calcaneal fractures who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were reviewed and analyzed. They were divided into the control group and the experiment group by difference surgery method,30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The control group underwent surgery according to CT (computerized tomography) two-dimensional image and X-ray image. The experiment group was treated with surgery by 3D printing technique after the pre-shaping of the steel plate. The difference in the outcome of the patients with calcaneal fracture were compared between two groups. Results The duration of surgery and intraoperative hemorrhage of experiment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The excellent treatment rate of experiment group (90.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%),and the X-ray exposure probability of the C-arm was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications between two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion With application of 3D printing technique in surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures, the presurgical design and simulation of the operation can be performed, which improves the effect of operation, reduces the probability of complications and has clinical significance.关键词
