Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic internal fixation combined with continuous passive movement (CPM) in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from November 2015 to August 2017 were studied and grouped according to the random number table method.In the control group,40 patients were treated with arthroscopic assisted reduction and internal fixation,and the regular active knee exercise training was performed after operation.A total of 40 patients in the observation group were combined with continuous passive motion after operation.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared after 12 weeks.Results After 2 and 12 weeks,knee extensor activity,knee activity of observation group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);12 weeks after the operation, the total score of Rasmussen in the observation group was 97.50％ (39/40),which was higher than that in the control group (77.50％[31/40]),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopy assisted reduction and internal fixation combined with CPM in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of the knee joint function,and it is worth popularizing.关键词
