Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Kuntai Capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on ovarian function.Methods Eighty patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control groups,40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with Kuntai Capsules,and those in the control group were treated with routine medications. Results In the experimental group,the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) was (40.46±10.32) IU/L and estradiol (E2) was (25.95±8.55) pmol/ml,which were displayed statistical differences compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was 90.00％,higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the perimenopausal syndrome patients in the observation group was 10.00％,lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The symptom improvement time and hospital stay were (7.21±1.24) d and (20.15±2.45) d,shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Kuntai Capsules in patients with perimenopausal syndrome can improve the ovarian function,enhance the treatment effect,and promote patient's recovery.关键词
