皮屑Ⅰ号洗剂在头皮脂溢性皮炎治疗中的临床效果
Clinical effect of Pixie Ⅰ Lotion in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis of scalp

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect and security of Pixie ⅠLotion in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis of scalp (SDS).Methods The 80 patients with SDS were admitted to the outpatient department of the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Seventh Hospital of Fuzhou City from January 2015 to December 2017,which met the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria,were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Pixie ⅠLotion,while the control group was treated with 2％ Ketoconazole Lotion,2 weeks for 1 course of treatment.The symptom scores of skin lesions before and after treatment,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of skin lesions in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.01).And the symptom scores of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group (90.0％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.5％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Pixie ⅠLotion was effective and safe in treating SDS and it deserves the clinical expansion.关键词
