凉血平银饮联合风艾洗剂治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Pingyin Decoction combined with Feng'ai Lotion treating psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with psoriasis vulgaris meetting the inclusion criteria treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2015 to December 2016.The patients were divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method.The treatment group was given Liangxue Pingyin Decoction combined with Feng'ai Lotion treatment,while the control group was given oral Avia A Capsules treatment.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks for one course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect,lesion degree,lesion area and pruritus score were evaluated and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After the first course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After the second course of treatment,there was no significant difference of curative effect between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the lesion area,skin lesion and itching score of the two groups decreased,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P＜0.05).The rates of dry lips,dry skin,nausea and abnormal liver and kidney function in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Liangxue Pingyin Decoction combined with Feng'ai Lotion treating psoriasis vulgaris has obvious advantages and the adverse reaction is fewer than that of Avia A Capsules,and the compliance of patients is better.关键词
