我国产后抑郁患病率的Meta分析
Meta Analysis of the Prevalence Rate of Post Depressive Depression in China

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the prevalence rate of post domestic depression in china. Methods:PubMed, China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Wanfang database( WanFang Data), Chinese VIP journal database( VIP) were systematically searched with the keywords including "Postpartum Depression(PPD)", " Puerperal depression", "china" since the establishment of the database to April 2017. All the literature was screened and evaluated by quality, Metaanalyst was used to analyze the combined incidence and subgroup analysis. Results:A total of 17 articles were collected, with a total sample size of 35454 cases, and the prevalence rate of postpartum was 10. 7％ (95％CI:8. 9％ to 12. 9％). Subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence rate of postpartum within 14 days and after14 days were 13. 7％ (95％CI:10. 0％ ～18. 4％ ) and 7. 1 ％ (95％ CI:5. 5％ ～9. 1 ％ ), with a statistically significant difference( P＜0. 01). Conclusion:The prevalence rate of postpartum depression in China is higher, and should be paid enough attention to.关键词
