Abstract
Objective:To provide evidence for the management of critical value and the prevention of medical risk by reviewing the distribution characteristics of critical value report items in 2 hospitals in Tangshan. Methods:Retrospective analysis was carried out on 151 cases of critical values recorded in the report of the examination of the critical value of in the mental hospitals of 2011-2016, and the incidence rate and constituent ratio of critical items were calculated Results:The results of the 2 municipal psychiatric hospital laboratory critical value report project was 10, a total of 151 cases, the incidence rate of critical value was 0. 05％, the highest rate of the project was the blood potassium, accounted for 39. 74％ of the total amount of critical value, followed by platelet (21. 19％), blood sugar (15. 89％), white blood cell(13. 91 ％);no serum sodium, serum and serum lithium chloride critical value was reported. Conclusion:Psychiatric inpatients critical value is characterized by low blood potassium, thrombocytopenia, pathoglycemia, leukopenia; reviewing of critical value reporting work and critical value from search help to improve the medical security level, and make basis for the mentally ill critical value standard.关键词
